  • 19 years of context. Production, project management, operations, automation, web and marketing. I will tell you what I would do, and why.
  • Recording on request. Private, for you and your team only.

How it works

  1. Pick a slot Choose a time in your timezone and answer 3 short questions about your situation.
  2. Pay by card Secure card checkout, handled by Stripe inside the booking. Your slot is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.
  3. I prepare I read your answers, look at what you sent, and come in with a point of view.
  4. We talk, or I write 60 minutes on a video call, or a written answer within 2 business days if you chose that.
  5. You get the summary Decisions, next steps, things to avoid. Within 2 business days of the call.

Is this the right format?

Good fit

  • A decision you need to make this month and want a second pair of eyes on.
  • A plan, quote or proposal from someone else that you want vetted.
  • A process that keeps breaking, where you suspect the fix is structural.
  • A new idea you want pressure-tested before spending on it.

Not for

  • Free discovery for a project. For that, use the contact form. I reply in writing, no charge.
  • Implementation during the call. I advise, you keep your hands on the keyboard.
  • Ongoing support or a weekly check-in. That is a monthly plan, and I will happily scope one.
  • Anything that needs a lawyer or an accountant. I will tell you when it does.

The practical bits

Scheduling

Weekdays, Central European Time. Book at least 48 hours ahead so I can prepare properly.

Changes

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, the fee is not refunded.

Invoice and VAT

Every session comes with an invoice from Dangla Consulting, Spain. The price includes VAT where applicable. Add your company details and VAT number at booking.

Pick a time

Times show in your timezone. Payment happens inside the booking.

Questions people ask

Do you credit the session fee toward a later project?

No. The session stands on its own and is priced as such. If we do go on to a project, the groundwork is already done, so scoping is faster.

I am already a client. Do I need this?

Your project includes the check-ins agreed in your proposal. Anything outside that, a call on short notice, a second opinion on another vendor, advice on a new idea, is a session. Same price for everyone, booked here.

Can my team join?

Yes. One booking covers everyone on your side. Bring whoever owns the decision.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Companies that need a purchase order or a transfer can email me. The slot is held once the transfer lands.

Which timezone are you in?

Central European Time, Valencia, Spain. The calendar shows times in your own timezone.

What if it needs more than an hour?

I will say so in the summary and describe what a proper engagement would look like. No pressure to take it.
