This Legal Notice is published in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website danglaconsulting.com. By accessing the site, you accept these terms in full.

3. Services

Dangla Consulting provides consulting services in operations, project management, AI and automation, game production, marketing operations, and web development to businesses and professionals internationally.

Consultation sessions can be booked and paid for online through the Consulting page at the price shown there. Section 4 below applies to those bookings.

4. Consultation session terms

These terms apply when you book a consultation session through this site. Together with the Privacy Policy, they form the contract between you and Dangla Consulting for that session. To book, you choose a time, answer the booking questions, and pay. The contract is concluded in English when your payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email with the booking details, and I keep a copy of the booking and the invoice.

  • Price and payment. The price shown on the Consulting page is per session and includes VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you book. An invoice is issued for every session.
  • What is included. A 60-minute video call, or a written answer within 2 business days if you choose that option, plus a written summary within 2 business days of the call. Any further work is agreed separately.
  • Scheduling. Sessions take place on weekdays, Central European Time, and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Changes and cancellations. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refunded. If I have to cancel, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
  • Consumers. If you book as a consumer (a private individual not acting for a business), you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of booking. By booking a session that takes place inside those 14 days, you ask me to begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the session has been delivered.
  • Nature of the advice. A session gives you my professional opinion based on the information you share. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and decisions you take after it remain your own.
  • Booking errors. If you notice a mistake in your booking, email me before the session and I will correct it.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, design, and source code, is the property of the website owner or used with permission, and is protected under Spanish and international intellectual property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of any content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The website owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this site and is not liable for any damages arising from its use or inability to access it. Links to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only and Dangla Consulting is not responsible for their content.

7. Governing law

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from access to or use of this site shall be subject to the courts of Valencia, Spain. This does not affect the rights consumers have under the law of the country where they live.
