MobiLoud - Mobile App QA & Project Management

MobiLoud (formerly 50pixels) builds custom mobile apps for clients and needed someone to bridge the gap between their development team and customers - owning QA testing, managing priorities, and making sure every launch went smoothly. I took on that role and stayed for over 4.5 years, delivering clean app launches across iOS and Android while building strong client relationships through consistent execution.

Challenge

The company needed someone who could own both sides of the equation: quality assurance on the technical side and project management on the client side. Every app had to ship clean, on time, and with the client feeling heard throughout the process.

What I Did

• Tested mobile apps on iOS and Android for new features, bug fixes, and regression cycles before every release
• Oversaw product development and customer app builds, assigning tasks based on priority and capacity
• Managed incoming requests, triaged issues, and kept the backlog organized
• Provided technical support and troubleshooting for customers via email and phone
• Acted as the bridge between non-technical clients and the development team throughout the project lifecycle
