Sonzai Labs is an AI gaming startup building two products simultaneously - Pocket Souls (an AI companion app) and TeleMafia (a Telegram-based social deduction game) - with overlapping teams and no structured delivery process. I lead program management across both projects and built marketing operations from scratch, establishing sprint processes, cross-team coordination, and go-to-market execution across 4 platforms.
Challenge
Engineering, art, and product teams share resources across both projects, and without structured program management, priorities were unclear and delivery was inconsistent. On top of that, marketing operations for both games needed to be built from zero.
What I Do
As Program Manager, I lead cross-functional coordination across all teams. I designed and implemented sprint processes, milestone tracking, and structured workflows that give each team clear priorities without bottlenecking on me. I drive timelines and delivery accountability for both concurrent projects.
As Marketing Operations Manager, I built marketing ops from scratch for both games across Telegram, App Store, Play Store, and web. I manage user acquisition campaigns, engagement analytics, content creation, campaign scheduling, and performance reporting across global markets.
